Wedding & Family Reunion Package

When the wedding bells ring, it will be the culmination of many months of planning and perhaps even a little stress! You deserve to ensure that on that special weekend – or weekday - the accommodations you select are unique, beautiful and committed to your every need.

Likewise, your family reunion plans may require accommodations for several family members, or a place to hold your event.

It’s easy to see why Fort Wayne’s only downtown bed and breakfast, the LaSalle Bed & Breakfast Inn and the Sion Bass House Spa, will do!

Please consider taking advantage of our facilities for weddings and family reunions. Our inn has gained popularity as a venue for such events. We have happy references from others who have enjoyed "More than you expect...before you expect it!"

Here is our package:

1. A single payer pays half of the total invoice for everyone three months in advance. This serves to block rooms and suites from being reserved by others. The minimum number of rooms or suites included in each tailor made package is five. Call the Innkeeper Rose-Aimee Butler (260 422-0851) to discuss your requests or special needs, including gatherings in our common areas (but not in a single room or suite) without extra charge. The attentive wedding or family reunion planning that takes place with Rose-Aimee before room or suite reservations and costs $150. When you actually reserve, the $150 will not be lost but will apply towards your payment for rooms and suites.
2. One month before the wedding the other half of the invoice is to be paid.
3. Refund Policy: Up to one month before the wedding the total received will be refunded except for a 20% handling charge. Up to two months before the event, everything received will be refunded except for a 10% handling charge.
4. In our main 1901 LaSalle House, two suites each accommodate up to four adult guests, except for the possibility of a fifth guest being a young child in a crib. The Mediterranean Room accommodates up to three or possibly four adult guests with twin beds. Three other rooms have a queen bed each, and two smaller rooms that have a double bed each. Every room or suite has its own private bathroom, some with in-suite bathrooms and others have robes for guest use when a bathroom is not in the room.
5. The 1842 Sion Bass House Spa, a protected historical site, has six units. One unit is a suite with two sleeping rooms with queen rooms. The others are rooms with queen or king beds. All have elegant in-suite bathrooms, including twice overall the number of jaccuzies of any downtown hotel Children younger fifteen are welcome in the LaSalle house rather than in the immediately adjacent Sion Bass House. This house has one suite with two queen beds accommodating up to four guests. Each room, with either a king bed, queen bed, or two twin beds, accommodates up to two guests, or four in the case of the suite. See our website for a full list of amenities.
6. Discount Policy: 1.The total package price is calculated with a 10% discount for every party registering for one or two nights, with a minimum of five rooms. 2. Alternatively, the entire Sion Bass House, can be rented with the lobby for one or two nights with rooms and suites offered at a 10% discount from the regular rate.
