Downtown Fort Wayne Shines Again

Way to go downtown and Parkview Field!

Once again, our vibrant downtown has been honored, this time by Stadium Journey website and in their “Best of 2011” publication. Parkview Field, home of the Fort Wayne TinCaps, was awarded “Best Minor League Park” for 2011 and also ranked #13 venue in all of professional sports!

Wow!

These honors fit right in with the combined efforts of our city, visitforwayne.com, our local Chamber and the many businesses located a few blocks away and close by the LaSalle Bed & Breakfast and the Sion Bass House with Spa.

Much to our pleasure, Parkview Field and the Tincaps are very close and very good neighbors. In fact, from our deck with hot tub, our guests have quite a view of the huge fireworks displays that are scheduled during the 2012 season.
